Worker Terms

1. Independent status

Workers on city — including service providers, freelancers, and sellers — operate as independent parties. city does not employ workers and does not withhold taxes on their behalf.

2. Qualifications and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of any skills, certifications, or credentials you publish. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.

3. Commitments to clients

Deliver work in line with what you agreed with the client. Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and resolve disputes respectfully through the messaging tools.

4. Payments

Payment arrangements are negotiated directly between worker and client. Platform subscription fees are separate from project fees.

5. Safety

Report any harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior through the Help Center. We take these reports seriously.
